Before I joined Ali Fox Transformations I was feeling that I needed to make some changes, I was looking to improve my cardio and muscle tone.

Earlier this year I severed my tendon in my bicep and due to this injury I suffered muscle depletion and I was unable to do my regular exercise. I maintained basic cardio by walking but I felt that my body needed a bit of a shake up. After seeing the results my wife had achieved after completing one of the 12 week challenges with Ali Fox Transformations I thought that the Turbulence Training might be what I needed to achieve the results I wanted.

I joined the TT challenge with two sessions a week, after being grouped with the more advanced runners in my first session I realized I was not as fit as I thought I was. This was the motivation I needed along with the encouragement and push provided by Ali and the team for me to work myself harder to achieve my goals.

I was not sure what to expect when I started the challenge as there were still some exercises I was unable to complete due to my injury, Ali was able to advise me of alternative exercises where I would be able to see similar results without putting too much strain on my arm.

Over the 12 week challenge it has been evident that my fitness has increased and I have improved muscle tone. My fitness testing results have improved each time and I am now feeling fitter and leaner than I have been in years.
