Before I share my story, I would just like to introduce myself. My name is Chris and I came from the beautiful country of the Philippines. I’ve been struggling with weight loss for many years now.

It was a little over two years ago. I was a 248 lb overweight 23 year old guy who was badly struggling to lose a decent amount of weight. I have exercised a lot more than anybody could think of. I went to the gym regularly, lift the weights, do cardio, you name it but then the fat just won't shed off. I was frustrated. That time, I have decided to hire myself professionals (personal trainer, nutritionist, etc) to help me out on my goal. I've decided to look for the best personal trainer around. I thought it was enough to help me lose the weight but then it was always a hit or miss. Sometimes I do lose the weight, sometimes I don't. There were even times I gained. It always left my personal trainer clueless. There was a point in time I lost contact with my personal trainer. That time, I thought my case was hopeless and I had an extremely bad genetics. The word bad would be an understatement.

Three months ago, I've received an email from Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training newsletter informing that they will be opening the 17th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest. I've been a subscriber of turbulence training way back in 2011 but I had never tried any of the workouts. After reading the newsletter, I have decided to join the contest and see for myself if turbulence training program really works or not. Anyways, I've got nothing to lose.

During my first few days of the contest, truthfully, I had my own doubts with the program. In my head, I have tried every workout out there but never really got much decent result, how can turbulence training work for me? It looks too simple and the workouts were easier than the workout programs I've been doing in the past. But then I am part of the contest, I might as well push through it and see for myself if it really works or not. After one week, I've decided to check on my scale again and behold! I was losing weight and to my surpise, it wasn't just the weight, my bodyfat was dropping! I couldn't believe it. After many many years of struggling, it was like I finally found the secret formula. Eureka!

I actually wish it was a smooth journey for me. To tell you the truth, it was not. There was a point in time that my bodyfat stopped dropping. I was frustrated again. I badly want to win the contest but the fat just won't come off. I had to take a step back and look into my diet and removed the foods that I thought was helping me. So from eating "healthy" foods from the restaurants. I started to cook my own meals at home. Btw, I never really liked cooking. I think it was hard but once you take the responsibility, it becomes easy. I started measuring everything making sure that my diet is on the spot. I also ate every 3 hours and guess what, the bodyfat started dropping again. I couldn't be any happier. Guess what, I even started to like cooking.

The workouts were amazing! They looked simple but way too effective. Actually, it is so effective that I started reaching my ideal weight halfway through the contest.

I am now a BIG fan of Turbulence Training. I couldn't be any much happier with how I am today and how my body feels and look today. Most of my peers can't help but compliment my body. Even strangers approach me and ask me how I got this body. I would tell them it's all Turbulence Training!  This is how I Got into my BEST body ever!!!
