I started with the TT home workout revolution then moved on to the buff dudes hot chicks workouts as well. My daughter and my brother signed onto the 12 week turbulence training challenge so I decided to join as well as I felt the support with family around me.

We were told at work that new uniforms "were on the way" and I felt devastated. I knew the new style would be more modern and fitted than before and I feared wasn't going to be comfortable. So I worked hard at training, taking each week and the challenges little by little focussing on the end goal ­ a better fit of uniform.

What I achieved was a better level of fitness, strength, a healthier feeling. Even more rewarding was the increased mobility and energy I enjoyed to be able to keep up with my training buddies, my daughter, brother and my energetic granddaughters. Thanks to my dedicated trainer for introducing me to turbulence training and HITT style sessions and pushing me to new challenges I can comfortably wear new work uniforms knowing I did it for me!
