I thought would help contribute to my weightloss, but I was wrong. I actually have experienced more difficulty dropping the pounds. I''ve been to many nutritionist sessions for sports and have a pretty good basic understanding on it, but just couldn't seem to get the weight loss going. At the age of 21 I would would like to get this under control now, and change my lifestyle and with the Turbulence Training workouts, it has made it seem very possible.

I heard about turbulence training from my mom's personal trainer. I have played competitive ringette for 12 years and have never been the type of person who can jump on the treadmill and run for an hour. The circuit training and quick cardio interval training was my kind of workout! I followed the beginner turbulence training and enjoyed the variety of circuits. I was so glad to hear that I did not have to be at the gym for two hours to get a good workout in.

I absolutely love carbs and knew this was something I needed to change in order to lose weight.  But I am well on my way now thanks to this program and reducing my carb and sugar intake. I am already starting to see changes and it has definitely been a confident booster.  I am down 17 pounds and 18 inches so far and I am going all the way this time!
